JCCEA was established as an NGO in Cambodia in 2007 based on philosophy of Masashi Kamo, who has been traveling back and forth between Japan and Cambodia for 16 years and providing support personally. Vocational Training Center

Currently the vocational training center is under construction in vast 3.9-ha land in Sihanoukville Province. Along with the office building, a dormitory and soccer field is scheduled for construction.
Besides agriculture technology, students can acquire various skills such as construction technology, barber, baking and others.

Fraud Warning

Recently there have been multiple fraud incidents in which scammers solicit investment such as agriculture and real estate by either using various names of NGO’s or pretending to do joint business and end up defrauding money.
We are an NGO establishment, and we have no relations with any investment solicitations whatsoever, and continue to do so.
Please be cautious for investment scams involving NGO’s.
